Refund policy

1. Who makes the refund

The Odonto Flow subscription is sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd — the Merchant of Record for all orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle: the money goes back by the same payment method, usually within 5–10 business days (depending on the bank).

2. The trial comes first — free

Every new clinic gets 14 days with all features — free and without a card. Please use them to make sure the service suits you: payment is only needed afterwards.

3. The first payment

If the service does not suit you after the first subscription payment, write to us within 14 days of the payment date — we will refund it in full, no reasons needed. The subscription is then cancelled and the account closes; the data is kept as after the end of a subscription (terms, section 7).

This applies to the clinic’s first payment — monthly or yearly.

4. Renewals

Automatic renewals are not refunded. To stop the next charge, cancel the subscription before its date in “Settings → Subscriptions” — access remains until the end of the paid period. Paddle sends a receipt after every charge.

5. Changing plans

When switching monthly ↔ yearly, proration is applied immediately: the difference for the remaining part of the period is charged or credited towards future payments. It is not refunded as money.

6. Payment errors

A double charge, a charge after a timely cancellation, or another error on our side or Paddle’s — we refund in full, regardless of the periods above.

7. When there is no refund

• access was closed for a breach of the terms of use;
• more than 14 days have passed since the first payment — except for the cases in section 6;
• the unused part of a period after cancellation: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the account works until then.

8. How to request a refund

• through the link in Paddle’s receipt e-mail or at paddle.net — with the e-mail used for payment;
• or write to us at support@odontoflow.io: the clinic’s name, the owner’s e-mail and the payment date.

We usually reply within 3 business days.

9. Statutory rights

The service is intended for professionals. If the law of your country gives you more refund rights than this policy, the law applies.
